When
a recipient answers their phone, they hear the
following greeting:

"The following is a message from John Smith at ABC Corp.
If you would like to listen, please press 1.
If not, please disconnect." |

|
|
If a recipient does not answer their phone, the message will be
played into their voicemail without the introductory greeting.
|
|
|
You
may choose your own greeting, simply contact cia with
instructions. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Shortly after the blast is complete, you will receive a
Blast Report via e-mail. In addition to standard reporting, the recipients who refused the message will be clearly identified. This will give you an opportunity to contact them in a timely fashion. |
